Happy New Year!

And hello 2019! It’s hard to believe another year has come and gone so quickly. So crazy! First things first - I’m beyond excited to announce that I finally have a blog! This is something I’ve been wanting to do for about a year now, but more than the actual work and time commitment of building a website and writing a blog, if I’m being honest what really held me back was the fear of what others would think about me pursuing blogging as a business. This year I have decided to put an end to that fear. Nothing should be able to dictate your future, and no one should get in the way of your passion. The same goes for you! Let’s chase these dreams together.

I’m beyond excited for this New Year because to me it means a new chance, a fresh start, and a new opportunity to do the things I didn’t do last year. This blog is one of those things for me. I’m looking forward to posting here at least once a week, and daily on Instagram. Come along with me on this journey! Before I go…

What would the new year be without a few resolutions?

Here are a few of mine:

  1. Start my own blog/business - This is it! WhatVanessaWears.com. Also, collaborating with brands/bloggers as much as possible!

  2. Develop a Healthier Lifestyle - “You mean no more Taco Bell?” Yep! Well, a cheat day every now and then never hurts, but definitely more discipline in food habits and exercise!

  3. Time Management - waking up, getting to work, managing to-dos, running errands, blogging, photographs, going to sleep…all require great time management! Goodbye dark circles!

  4. Grow in my Faith - life is hard sometimes - 2018 was no exception - and honestly I’m learning more and more that the answer in every situation is to seek God. Easier said than done, but trust me it’s worth it!

What are your resolutions this year? I would love for you to share with me, comment below!

xo, Vanessa
